2023–Present
I lead editorial vision, content strategy, and organizational voice for Great Transition Stories, a global storytelling and knowledge platform exploring societal transformation and possibilities for a more resilient, peaceful world.
My work has included shaping more than 200 pages of platform content, developing hundreds of curated resources, and helping translate complex ideas into accessible stories, articles, and learning materials.

2021–2022
As Editor in Chief of CircleAround, a national digital platform developed by the media arm of Girl Scouts of the USA, I led editorial strategy and a distributed network of writers and contributors.
Our work reached an audience of more than three million annual readers, celebrating women's experiences, accomplishments, and perspectives through accessible, engaging editorial content.

2008–2021
Over a decade at Bozzi Media, I helped shape the editorial direction of a regional publishing portfolio, advancing through editorial leadership to Interim Publisher.
I led creative teams, guided editorial strategy across five magazine brands, and helped produce publications, events, and community initiatives connecting readers with the people, ideas, and issues shaping their region.
Some of my most meaningful work involved finding ways to explore complicated social subjects across political and cultural differences without closing the conversation.

2001–Present
Through my independent practice, I've partnered with more than 200 clients across healthcare, publishing, nonprofit organizations, professional services, and other fields.
My work ranges from strategic communications, organizational messaging, and media relations to editorial development, content platforms, book projects, and launch campaigns.
I also founded SheSays Media, an independent publishing imprint dedicated to stories that invite reflection, connection, and a deeper understanding of the human experience.
